Social Media Experts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Expert to lead our social media efforts across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, building a strong online community, increasing brand awareness, and driving meaningful engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize for performance (if applicable).
• Analyze metrics and create performance reports to track success and areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to support campaign goals.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to create or coordinate visual content (images, videos, reels, stories).
• Experience with social media advertising and budgeting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience with influencer collaborations or user-generated content campaigns.
• Knowledge of email marketing and content marketing.
