UI/UX Experts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Expert to lead the design and user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design projects, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant, intuitive, and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and support front-end implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain design systems and documentation for consistency across products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, accessibility, and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing for mobile-first or cross-platform applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ability to create animations/micro-interactions (using tools like Principle, After Effects, etc.)
