  • Clients may request service cancellation within 7 days of the project’s commencement for a partial refund, subject to deductions for any work completed.

  • After 7 days, refunds will be issued at the discretion of Nextwave Solutions based on the progress of the project.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where project milestones are not met, and no substantial progress has been made.

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been delivered and approved by the client.

  • Custom software development, third-party services, and consulting fees are non-refundable.

3. Modification and Revisions

  • We offer reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through mutual discussion and negotiation before pursuing legal action.
